Make a Will Fortnight, Dove House October 2021

Colin Hamilton and Ann Robinson at Dutton Moore were involved with Dove House in the Make a Will Fortnight and managed to raise a whopping £1,585 for the charity.

Anita, the Partnership Administrator handed the proceeds over to Jethro thanking him for asking us again this year for our involvement in the fundraising. She said we as a firm understand the pressure charities face to raise funds but even more so due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic and hopes that Dutton Moore’s contribution makes a difference to a more than worthy cause.

The Dove House Regional fundraiser, Jethro Shearing commented:

“The coronavirus pandemic has had a significant impact on the hospice’s ability to raise the vital funds needed to continue to provide care to so many across Hull and East Yorkshire. With this uncertain backdrop, fundraising appeals such as Make a Will Fortnight are more vital than ever. We are so grateful to Colin, Annie and Anita at Dutton Moore, who are kindly participating in Make a Will Fortnight for the third successive year. In so selflessly donating their time in the name of Dove House, an amazing £1,585 was raised. This figure will help to make such a special difference to the patients and their loved ones accessing specialist care at Dove House.”
