Barclays Commercial and Dutton Moore assist Hull Company to Refinance for Growth
Barclays Commercial Bank in Humberside announced today that is has provided a multi million finance solution to The Insurance Partnership to enable the company to continue its expansion and refinance its capital structure.
The Insurance Partnership, Barclays Commercial Bank and Dutton Moore Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers have been working closely together on the project, which sets the business on their continued path of growth.
Tony Bullock, joint managing partner at City Centre accountants Dutton Moore, has led the multi-million refinancing deal. The Insurance Partnership, which set up back in 1993 has seen consistent growth and profitability year on year with a sound business model and these new facilities should provide a spring board for the next phase of the companies growth and development.
